Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active RN license to practice in the state(s) where services are provided. Telehealth requires licensure in client location.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Administers medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrates effective communication and team delegation.
