Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in St. Louis, MO seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

You will evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with multiple departments, and uphold professional accountability in a supportive environment. The position is full-time, day shifts (36 hours/week) with a rotating schedule of five and four eight-hour shifts, and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS or others may be required based on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain professional accountability.
