Job summary

UVA Health seeks a capable nurse to deliver direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will manage care and implement treatment plans, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues to optimize outcomes.

Expect to contribute to ongoing clinical practice improvement and seek mentoring as you assume a beginning leadership role. Virginia RN licensure and AHA BLS are required, with a BSN due within five years of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a diverse patient population.
