Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The RN will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes for each patient and family/caregiver within an episode of care.

Candidates must hold a Nevada RN license, maintain BLS and relevant specialty certifications, and obtain required POCA and other AHAs certifications within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nevada RN license and maintain licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, ENLS, ENPC, TNCC as specified for department.
• POCA license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• STABLE certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients per the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with other professionals as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Interpret and respond to patient and family needs during episodes of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards.
