Education requires an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences and current licensure (RRT) with state license upon hire. BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days are required.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, and critical care procedures in adult care areas.
• Blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment used for respiratory care.
• Educating patients and families about respiratory therapies and procedures.
