Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations related to health and safety in food preparation and service standards.
• Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position.

Responsibilities

• Assists culinary team in food preparation and serving.
• Maintains standards for dining services and cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Records Resident information and meal service records.

Skills

Ability to serve a wide range of foods skillfully and in a timely manner

Ability to communicate proficiently in English, verbally and in writing

Ability to organize time and perform job tasks efficiently

Education

Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred
