Job summary

Miravida Living in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a compassionate Resident Caregiver to join our elder care team. You will support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, respectful environment across rotating shifts.

Graduate of high school or HSED and Wisconsin-certified Nursing Assistant (or within 120 days of completing NA training) are required, with a strong commitment to dignity, independence, and community values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of high school or HSED.
• Federally certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin or graduate of a Nursing Assistant class who will take the Federal test within 120 days of class.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and mobility devices, ensuring safety.
• Assists with telephone use, housekeeping, laundry, and escorting residents to meals and activities.
• Administers medications as directed, monitors supplies, and documents effects.
• Observes changes in residents' condition and reports to nurse; notes safety hazards.
• Assists with dining tasks, escorts to dining room and sets up tables.
• Supports resident-centered social activity program.
• Responds to emergencies following procedures.

Education
