Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene.
• Serve residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or emotional wellbeing to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to residents' requests for assistance and communicate effectively with residents in a language they understand.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and assist with training of new employees.
