Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic logging duties.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, behaviors, and any changes, ensuring accurate logging and timely communication with healthcare staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of individuals under care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment in accordance with facility standards and protocols.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating appointments or activities.
