HallKeen Assisted Living Communities in Boston, MA seeks a Resident Care Assistant (FT & PT) to support residents with daily living tasks and carry out care plans. The role requires CNA certification or CHHA/homemaker training, and flexible shifts across 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM.

Qualifications

• Must have current certification as a nursing assistant or completed CHHA/homemaker training.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly in one-on-one or small groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living assistance as per Resident Service Plans.
• Provide medication reminders per state regulations (not administer).
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality; document observations.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely, high-quality resident care.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
