Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Part-time Resident Assistant in Assisted Living to provide compassionate support to residents under the Resident Care department. You will assist with activities of daily living, transport residents to activities and dining, and respond to emergencies with prompt, safe care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, meets state educational requirements, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
