Grace Lutheran Communities is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants for the Prairie Pointe team in Altoona, WI. Part-time AM/PM/NOC shifts are available with pay between $16.00 and $21.50 per hour, based on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• Resident Assistants should be reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Ability to monitor health and behavior, and follow care plans.
• Good communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record health and behavior of residents and clients.
• Know and follow residents' individual care plans.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and equipment handling as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
