Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with sign-on bonuses and shift differentials to reward dedicated care.

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide personal care, document observations, and support residents daily under supervision. Certification is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth and meaningful impact on residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Medication management coursework (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document residents' vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication reminders.
• Follow ISPs and daily assignments, communicating changes to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection prevention and PPE protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Document care and observations accurately and timely.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Protect HIPAA privacy and follow policies.
