Job summary

Carefree Living by Oxford Living in Silver Bay, Minnesota, is seeking Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community.

This part-time NOC shift offers a $1.50 shift differential for 6pm–6am, plus an extra $1.00 on weekends. We provide flexible schedules, competitive wages, paid training, and opportunities for professional development within a caring health care company.

Qualifications

• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet physical requirements and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs
