Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting. The RN will help guide patients along their path to healing, assess progress, and coordinate with the care team to meet recovery goals in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
