Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Pottstown is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents under physician direction and supervision, and monitor the performance of non-licensed staff.

You will assist in adjusting treatment plans to meet residents' physical and psychological needs in accordance with facility policies and standards. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensure by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and Medical Director.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet residents' physical and psychological needs according to policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Other duties as needed.
