Job summary

Atlantic Health's Newton Medical Center in Newton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a collaborative care team. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families to support recovery and well-being.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire. BSN preferred with 1+ year PACU/CCU experience if possible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification. ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
