• Eligibility for RDE with verification statement acceptable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in regulated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care addressing residents' nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams to create personalized nutrition plans.
• Complete clinical assessments, chart in EMR, and participate in care meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds, sanitation audits, and approve dietary menus.
