Job summary

Integrity Care Group seeks a Radiographer Technologist to perform radiographic procedures, maintain ALARA safety, and provide essential patient care within a clinical team.

The role requires strong patient communication, accurate charting, and collaboration with physicians and staff. Training and handling of lab specimens may be involved; this is a safety-sensitive position in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of patient care during radiographic procedures.
• Understanding of ALARA radiation safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage flow to ensure efficient treatment.
• Obtain patient history, triage, and record vital signs.
• Position equipment and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer injections, medications, irrigations, dress wounds as directed.
• Perform radiographic procedures and CLIA-waived tests.
• Maintain proper labeling and handling of lab specimens.
• Ensure preparation for lab shipments and follow-up care.
• Document services rendered and test results in patient charts.
• Assist in registration and clerical duties as needed.
• Provide patient education before and after exams; reduce anxiety.
• Follow shielding and exposure protocols and monitor radiation exposure.
