Job summary

Oxford Colorado is hiring a QMAP for Woodlake Legacy Senior Living in Lakewood, CO. The role includes administering medications, documenting per policy, ordering supplies, and reporting issues to the Clinical Wellness Manager.

Responsibilities also cover monitoring residents’ health, recording progress, assisting with ADLs, and responding to emergencies under supervision. Experience with seniors is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Strong communication with residents, families and team members.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to identified residents per state regulations.
  • Complete medication administration documentation per policies.
  • Order medications and supplies as needed.
  • Report issues to Clinical Wellness Manager.
  • Record incidents and progress notes accurately in eMAR.
  • Monitor residents' physical and cognitive status and report changes.
  • Take resident vital signs as directed.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies or disasters appropriately.
  • Plan duties with minimal supervision.
