Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a part-time QMA to provide personalized resident care at Glasswater Creek of Lafayette, Lafayette, IN 47909. You will follow care plans, monitor health changes with the clinical team, and support residents and families in a compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, ensuring confidentiality, and performing duties as assigned to uphold quality care standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
