Vita of New Whiteland is seeking a Part-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver individualized care in New Whiteland, IN. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as per each resident’s plan.
• Report health changes to the clinical team promptly.
• Connect with residents and family members with compassion and dignity.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings and continuous learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
