Qualifications

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care based on each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.

• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality.
