Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

This on-site role, you’ll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out PT-designed treatment plans for seniors in SNF/long-term care.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Document residents' progress in EMRs and communicate with the care team.
