Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with active state licensure.
• Experience in senior care settings (skilled nursing or post-acute) is preferred.
• Ability to document interventions and patient progress in EMR.
• Strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
