Job summary

Empower Physical Therapy Group in Mason, MI is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to restore function and improve mobility. This full-time position offers a patient-centered environment serving a diverse population.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. New graduates are encouraged to apply in a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in outpatient/orthopedic settings preferred.
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
