Qualifications

• Basic Life certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in PHP and OP programs.
• Perform nursing duties as assigned within the programs.
• Complete thorough nursing assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Oversee urine drug screens collection.
• Assist with safety and environmental issues.
