Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Flexible, as-needed schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Negative TB Skin Test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation with safety.
• Perform light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany to appointments and run errands.
• Observe and report health or behavior changes to supervisor.
