Job summary

The Heritage at Twin Creeks in Allen, Texas is seeking a PRN Medication Technician to support residents with safe medication administration and compassionate care.

You will work with nursing and caregiving teams, document in eMAR, monitor residents, assist with ADLs, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing dignified, resident-centered service on flexible shifts.

Flexible shifts include 1st/2nd/3rd as needed, with a focus on reliability and teamwork in a small, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Previous medication technician or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must meet state regulations for medication administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications per orders.
• Pass medications on schedule and document in eMAR.
• Assist residents with ADLs and daily living.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nurses.
• Maintain safety, proper storage, and teamwork.
