Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care in private homes within the assigned region.
• Assist with daily living activities and bed baths as needed.
• Help with dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Take vital signs and report changes to Care Coordinator.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Complete daily charting during shift.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
