This role is flexible, allowing you to work one or two days a week or more, and is crucial for helping residents maintain their independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or caregiving is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Help residents with ambulation, exercise, and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders under nurse supervision.
• Support therapy and rehabilitation activities.
• Encourage engagement and mental alertness through activities.
• Build meaningful relationships that create joy and connection.
