Visiting Angels Webster Groves is seeking Private Duty Caregivers to support seniors in the St. Louis area, including Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Brentwood, Maplewood, and surrounding communities.

Join a local team dedicated to compassionate home care and making a real difference for families in need. As a Private Duty Caregiver, you’ll assist with light housekeeping, meals, mobility, transportation, personal care, and exercise, with opportunities for advanced training in dementia and Alzheimer’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong emergency response and first aid knowledge.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Adherence to health and safety standards.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically enduring and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents promptly.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
