Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an MD or DO.
• Licensed as a Primary Care Physician by the practicing state.
• Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine is preferred unless required by contract.
• One year of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health care services within licensure scope.
• Perform routine examinations, diagnostic tests, assessments and screenings.
• Prescribe treatments and educate patients and families on health conditions and options.
• Collaborate with advanced practitioners as required by state/facility.
