Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a physician to diagnose, treat, and supervise clinical care across our programs. You will review histories, design treatment plans, and address patient questions while partnering with staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

• Patience with children and adults undergoing treatment.

Responsibilities

• Take a patient's medical history.
• Update charts and patient information to reflect current findings and treatments.
• Order tests for nurses or other staff to perform.
• Review test results to identify abnormal findings.
• Design and recommend a treatment plan.
• Address patient questions about health and well-being.
• Discuss nutrition and hygiene to support health.
• Provide supervision as medical director per state rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
