Job summary

Cloud County Community College is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher for the Children’s Center. This full-time Support Staff role (2080 hours annually) reports to the Director of the Children’s Center and involves planning and implementing educational activities for preschool-aged children.

The position requires Health assessments, TB testing, immunizations if needed, and a clear background check. KDHE regulations and OSHA standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Must pass KDHE background check.
• Submit TB skin test results.
• Receive Hep B immunization if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Plan, prepare, and implement daily classroom activities for children indoors and outdoors.
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences in spring and fall.
• Follow KDHE regulations and OSHA standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required trainings.
