Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program (Required).
• PA license; Primary Supervising Physician/Locum Tenens Physicians; CDS license as applicable; DEA registration as applicable; active medical board certification required per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate clinical standards and follows Company policy and procedure manuals.
• Examines patients for symptoms and provides high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Elicits and reviews patient medical history and coordinates care with supervising physician.
• Orders or executes tests, analyses, results, and imaging to determine appropriate treatment and follow-up.
• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications as appropriate for the patient condition.
• Documents data thoroughly for patient records to facilitate billing and care continuity.
• Works with the supervising physician to ensure compliance with state practice standards and licensure.
