Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently draws blood competently and expediently with minimal patient discomfort across age groups.
• Properly labels all specimens in the presence of the patient.
• Operate basic laboratory equipment (centrifuges, computer systems, labeling printers, scanners, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, report distribution, processing, and faxing.
• If applicable, collect drug screens using Chain of Custody Process.
