Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join the Laboratory-Phlebotomy team at Oconee Memorial Hospital on the night shift. You will collect specimens, verify patient identity, and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, accessioning in multiple systems, labeling and packing specimens, and coordinating with hospital staff to support testing and billing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training completed.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens from patients and ensure safety and comfort.
• Accession samples into the lab computer system.
• Input and review workload and orders; communicate with staff.
• Perform POC testing if assigned.
