Job summary

Upon entry, technicians complete a rigorous training program and meet state registration, licensing and certification requirements. They may travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone, including immunizations and other services.
• Assist with basic inventory activities, including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, embrace a growth mindset, and seek feedback to expand knowledge.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, and travel to stores in the market as needed.
