Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists with accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with laws, CVS policies, and safety standards.
