Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in a CVS Retail location in Texas. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, assist patients, and uphold SOPs across all workflows.

You will complete required state licensure and training, assist with immunizations when allowed, and contribute to a caring, compliant, and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including weekends and ability to complete required training.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate care by assisting patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and ensure proper medication storage and handling.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by state law and training.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
