Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking, able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physically active duties.
• Kennel assistant experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including morning shifts 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper food, exercise, and attention.
• Be the eyes and ears of animal health, monitoring behavior and health concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment across kennel areas, runs, and outdoor spaces.
• Support operational excellence by managing inventory and collaborating with the team.
