Destination Pet’s Pet Palace Pittsburgh is seeking an Animal Care Attendant to help care for dogs and cats in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This part-time, on-site role requires you to stay active, greet pets, and assist with daily care tasks.

You’ll keep enclosures clean, feed and water pets, monitor wellbeing, assist with brushing and baths, and help with laundry. Flexible hours, tips, and benefits support a happy team dedicated to giving pets a loving home.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine love for animals and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced pet-care environment.
• Comfort with casual, hands-on tasks in a grooming/boarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep pet enclosures and play areas clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Serve meals and fresh water to pets.
• Monitor health and happiness of pets and report concerns.
• Supervise playtime and assist with brushing and bath time.
• Handle laundry and organize pet belongings.
