Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one support to adult patients in their homes around Willis, Texas. Shifts 5pm-9pm, part-time, with meaningful work and supportive team.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor safety, and report changes. Compensation is $12–$15 per hour along with benefits including health/dental, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable with basic technology.
• Motivated by helping others.
• 1+ year caregiving experience in home health or similar settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL and equipment like Hoyer lift or sliding board preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, safety, and support to patients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers).
• Support errands and appointments as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition.
• Help patients maintain independence and safety at home.
