Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Meal planning, preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, errands.
• Provide companionship and social activities.
• Complete annual training and performance review requirements.
• Timely reporting of changes in client condition or problems with client and schedules; complete Care Logs/Time Sheets.
