Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cheerful, understanding and a good team player.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document tasks.
• Willing to perform repetitive routine tasks with confidentiality.
• Cannot be a legally responsible relative of the client.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with personal care tasks, observe conditions, and administer medications.
• Meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and monitoring vital signs.
• Perform tasks assigned by the RN supervisor and provide written documentation of each assignment.
• Promptly report significant changes to the RN supervisor.
