Qualifications

• High school diploma required; training provided for certification.
• PSA certification or willingness to train as PSS.
• You will receive on-the-job training to progress toward CPR/Residential Medication Aide roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents in daily living activities.
• Assist with showering/bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Support meal service, laundry, housekeeping and other tasks as assigned.
• Build resident-centered care with compassion and positive approach.
