Right at Home is seeking dedicated Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Coachella Valley area. Join our team as a Personal Care Assistant, receiving PPE, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow with a leading home care provider.

We offer competitive pay, a $300 sign-on bonus, paid training, flexible scheduling, health insurance, 401(k), and weekly pay cycles. You’ll work in clients’ homes, delivering compassionate care and companionship.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance/registration.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• CNA/HHAs/Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Prepare meals and snacks per client instructions.
• Accompany clients to errands and medical appointments.
• Assist with personal hygiene and bathing.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support range-of-motion exercises.
• Deliver dementia care and companionship.
