Job summary

DON Services in Pennsylvania is seeking reliable, compassionate Personal Care Attendants to support individuals with disabilities at home across Westmoreland, Allegheny, Fayette and Washington Counties. This in-home role offers full-time or part-time hours with day, night and weekend shifts; local travel required; employer-provided training.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders and scheduling appointments, plus housekeeping and social activities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and compassionate care provider with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and schedules.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and undressing.
• Prepare meals and provide meal assistance.
• Remind and assist with medications and appointments.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Assist with reading, writing and communication tasks.
• Support social and leisure activities for clients.
