Job summary

VitalCaring seeks reliable Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one support for adults in their homes in Katy, Texas. Shifts typically run M-F from 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Join a team committed to compassionate in-home care and meaningful, patient-focused support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver with patient-centered approach.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with clients and family.
• Comfortable using basic technology and devices for scheduling or monitoring.
• 1+ year caregiving experience in home health, hospital, or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, safety, and support to adult patients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers).
• Support errands and appointments as needed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Help patients remain safe and independent at home.
